BINGO FOR BABIES 2024
Support healthy beginnings for babies and moms living with low incomes. Join us for the Bingo for Babies event on Thursday, May 9, at Sentinel Park in the Arcade District. You’ll enjoy good food and drink, fun Bingo games with opportunities to win great prizes, and learn how the Women and Infant Relief Fund helps new babies and moms have healthy starts through education, baby showers, and crisis support. We’ll also host a silent auction at the event - to give you ample opportunities to support this wonderful cause and take home something just for you! This is a picnic-style event, so please bring your seating of blankets or lawn chairs.
The Women and Infant Relief Fund (WIRF) provides support for expecting and newly delivered moms and their babies who are living with low incomes. The WIRF program hosts showers for moms from low-income households where they give them the items they need to provide a safe and welcoming environment for their babies. WIRF also provides education to new and expecting moms focused on the health, safety, and well-being of their babies and themselves. Crisis intervention is also provided to families through WIRF.
